Vosen Civil Excavation is currently seeking reliable career minded individuals looking to gain work experience and take advantage of the opportunity to grow with our company. We are a smaller company, so we expect each member of our team to not only work hard, but pick up slack when necessary. Good enough is not a standard we hold ourselves to, so a mediocre work ethic will not do.

Punctuality, stamina, the ability to maintain concentration on performing your tasks, use of basic power tools, the ability to lift 40-50 lbs and a commitment to safety standards is required. Efficient handling of materials, following instructions, working independently, no drugs/alcohol and being a positive team player are essential.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must pass drug test.

We do not have seasonal layoffs, so applicants must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Compensation is $27-$32/hr and is based on experience.
