We try to be on time ,but not all service calls go as planned, what should of been a simple wax ring replacement turns into 6 ft of roots in leadbend into sewer main.

TIPS ON FREEZ ,,,,,,,

1, locate your main water line, most times it is in line with your water meter , If you don't have insulation, the best thing to do is wrap it with a towel then place a plastic bag over the towel, YOU DONT WANT TOWEL TO GET WET !!
2, if you are home during the night you can let a faucet drip in the lavatory or tub about the size of pencil head
3, be sure you wrap the right pipes ,gas pipe does not freeze ,
4 ,wrap all hose bibs towel then plastic bag.
5 ,Good luck & I hope this can help .
