Jet pump was failing, so we pulled it and upgraded to a submersible pump. While we were at it, the well head was buried below grade so we raised that too and got it properly above ground.

Well-Rite pressure tank, copper supply lines, pressure switch (set up for constant pressure system upgrade), and a spin down sediment filter to keep things clean right out of the gate. Pretty happy with how this one turned out.
