Hey Everyone,
I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce the team behind Jerry & Son LLC or as many of you may know as Jerry’s Lawn Service. I’m John, and together with my wife Emily, our newest addition Jack, and our dedicated, hardworking crew, we are what Jerry & Son LLC is today.
We are a second-generation commercial property maintenance company and have proudly been in business for 42 years. You may have seen our trucks around town, spotted our hats and sweatshirts, or maybe you’re a current client.
I was born and raised in Jordan and grew up in the landscaping and property maintenance industry. My father founded this business in 1983. After high school, I attended MNSU for construction management. Three years into the program, my dad asked me to help with fertilizing the upcoming summer because he was considering selling the business. We discussed the possibility of me taking over that fall, but that spring he suffered a massive stroke that took away his speech and ability to walk. I jumped in headfirst, taking the reins with tremendous support from longtime employees and family.
Four years later, my dad passed away due to complications from the stroke. Carrying on his legacy and building upon the great name he established in our community has become my mission. It’s now been four years since he left us, but every single day we keep his vision alive. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service, long-term client retention, and always choosing quality over quantity.
I want to take a moment to sincerely thank all of our past and current customers for trusting us over the last eight years (and the 34 years before that under my dad). Please know that Jerry & Son LLC will continue to be here for all of your property needs in the future.
