One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned as Amsdens Custom Painting continues to grow is that customer satisfaction doesn’t end at the final walk-through. 💙
A customer’s initial reaction when a job is completed may not be the same reaction they have a few days—or even a few weeks—later. Once they’ve had time to live with the finished project, look everything over closely, and really take in the results, they may notice something they didn’t see during that first walk-through.
That’s why I’ve made customer follow-ups a priority and a standard we will hold ourselves accountable to.
We don’t want to simply finish a job, collect payment, and move on. We want to check back in and ask:
Are you still happy with everything? Is there anything you noticed afterward? Is there anything we can do for you?
And if the answer is yes—if a customer calls and tells us they found something we missed or a defect in our workmanship—it becomes a priority. No matter what we’re doing at that moment, we will make the time to go back and correct it. We set out to do the job right the first time, and if something was missed, we will return until our customer is 100% happy with the work they paid us to do.
There has been two occasions where we have had to do just that. And we will go back with a smile on our face because that’s how we want our clients to remember us. Remember us as the ones who stood behind what they said, and they followed through with what they promised.
These recent follow-ups are exactly what we hope to hear. ❤️ Happy customers, even after they’ve had time to really look over our work.
Accountability. Communication. Quality workmanship.
That’s how we continue to grow—and how we earn the trust of every customer who chooses Amsdens Custom Painting. 🎨🏠
