was created by Lou Mandarakas, and for over 30 years he has been offering design and build services all over New Jersey. His portfolio includes modest renovations to full scale builds and everything in between. Lou has expanded his services to include MBA Cabinetry Studio,
offering cabinet stylings for every room and in every price range. No project is too big or small for this
crew. Lou’s son Nic

k has joined forces with him, after a successful run with one of New York’s top architecture
firms. While in the corporate world, Nick was an active liaison between his team and the clients, and kept
projects on track and moving smoothly. He has recently earned his architecture license, which increases even more the services that MBA can provide for you. Over the years, Lou has cultivated strong and lasting relationships with his clients, and some have even become lifelong friends! Adding Nick to the business has only enhanced that dynamic, and their
dedicated networking has resulted in several satisfied customers, along with constant referrals from
friends and families. A new Architectural design & build project for a complete 1st floor gut remodel that will feature a new layout creating more open and connected family space while also creating private areas such as a back office that could also serve as a guest room with a full bathroom. New entry, mudroom and kitchen adjacent to a family room with a new vaulted ceiling with exposed beams.
As demolition is underway we are working through the framing details in preparation for the framer to begin.
