🔨🏡 WORK IN PROGRESS! 🏡🔨

Here's a little behind-the-scenes look at one of our current renovation projects!

This time, we're working on one of our own rental properties, giving this bedroom a much-needed update! 💪

We're making some big changes, including:

✅ Removing the old ceiling and installing new drywall

✅ Reconfiguring and reducing the size of the existing closet

✅ Framing the new closet layout

✅ Changing the closet opening to accommodate sliding doors

✅ Preparing everything for a fresh, updated finish!

It's still a work in progress, but we're already seeing the transformation come together!

We love sharing the finished results, but sometimes it's just as important to show all the hard work that happens BEHIND the walls and BEFORE the paint! 🔨

📸 Stay tuned for the finished reveal! We can't wait to show you how this one turns out!

Whether it's your personal home, an investment property, or a rental that needs updating, we're here to help!

🔨🏡 Another Job Completed — Exterior Masonry & Foundation Repairs!

Not every home improvement project involves a major renovation! Sometimes it's the smaller repairs that make a big difference in maintaining your home. 💪

For this project, we tackled several areas of deteriorating mortar, cracks, and gaps around the home's exterior foundation.

✅ Repaired deteriorating mortar joints

✅ Patched cracks and damaged masonry

✅ Repaired areas surrounding the glass-block basement window

✅ Addressed damaged areas around the exterior steps

✅ Restored multiple sections of the foundation's exterior masonry

These are the kinds of repairs that are easy to overlook but important to address before they become bigger problems!

📸 Check out the before-and-after photos! We take pride in the details, whether it's a small repair or a larger remodeling project.

🏡✨ Another Project Completed in Cold Spring, Kentucky! ✨🏡

We've been a little quiet on here lately, but we've definitely been busy! 🔨🎨

Here's a look at one of our recent projects in Cold Spring, KY, where we completed drywall repairs and a full interior paint refresh to help get this beautiful home ready to hit the market!

It's amazing what a little drywall repair, fresh paint, and attention to detail can do to transform a space! The lighter colors really brighten up these rooms and look fantastic with the dark hardwood floors.

Whether you're getting ready to sell your home, preparing a rental, or simply ready for a fresh new look, we'd love to help!

Finishing out another busy week with a brand-new fence! 🔨🏡

We removed the old fencing and installed this new wood privacy fence, giving this backyard a fresh, clean look and plenty of privacy.

We forgot to grab the before pictures on this one 🤦‍♀️😂 but the finished product speaks for itself!
Another project checked off the list and another happy customer. We appreciate everyone who continues to trust us with their homes and keeps our schedule full! ❤️

🚪 Another project completed!

What looked like a simple exterior door replacement turned into a little more than meets the eye! 🔨
We opened up the interior wall, worked through the existing block and brick construction, prepared the opening, and installed this brand-new exterior door — making sure everything was properly fitted, level, secure, and ready for finishing.

These are the projects where you never quite know what you’re going to find until you open the wall up, but we make sure it gets done right. 💪

And she’s FINISHED! 🙌🔨🙏

If you saw our last post, you saw what was hiding underneath this deck once we started removing the old boards. What began as a re-board turned into replacing 18 damaged joists before we could move forward.
Now look at her! 😍

We replaced the damaged framing, installed all new composite decking, finished it off with the white railing, and gave this deck a whole new life. The gray composite with the white railing turned out absolutely beautiful!
Sometimes you don’t know exactly what you’re going to find until the old material comes off — but we make sure it’s done right before we cover it back up.
Another one complete and ready to enjoy! ❤️

👀 Here’s a little sneak peek at what we’re working on now!

This approximately 30' × 12' deck has definitely seen better days. What started as replacing the old decking turned into a little more once everything was opened up — we discovered that 18 of the existing joists also needed to be replaced due to deterioration.

So we’re taking care of the structural repairs first, replacing the worn-out deck boards, and rebuilding the steps to give this deck the solid foundation and fresh start it needs. 🔨

We’re still working on this one, so we’re not giving away the finished look just yet. 😉

Stay tuned for the final before & after — this is going to be a BIG transformation!

Another repeat customer! 🔨🏡

We’ve completed several projects for this homeowner, and this time they called us to help get their deck project across the finish line.

The deck had been started by another contractor but was left unfinished, with several areas that needed to be corrected. We went through the existing work, made the necessary repairs, added the missing joist hangers, completed the handrails, and finished the exterior cladding for a clean, finished look.
Sometimes we build them from the ground up, and sometimes we’re called in to make things right and finish the job. Either way, we’re happy to help!

We’re especially thankful for our repeat customers who continue to trust us with their homes. ❤️

Another repeat customer! 🏡🔨

We stained this customer’s deck last year, and they recently called us back for several more projects around their home.
This time we installed a frameless glass shower panel, replaced the damaged trim around the front entry door, installed new door hardware, repaired a plumbing leak, and patched and painted the kitchen ceiling where the leak had caused damage.
Of course, we got busy working and forgot to take pictures of everything! 😆 But we did manage to grab a few of the finished projects.

We truly appreciate our returning customers and the trust they place in us to keep coming back and take care of their homes.
