About the Job:
We’re a small, locally owned concrete company looking to add one to two reliable people to the team. We stay busy and take pride in doing clean, solid work. Looking for someone who shows up, works hard, and fits in with a tight crew.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
Site prep (grading, digging, setting forms)
Loading/unloading materials and general cleanup
Working side-by-side with a small crew to get jobs done right.

What We’re Looking For:
Dependable—shows up on time and ready to work
Able to handle physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs, working outdoors, long days when needed)
Reliable transportation around Omaha and a valid drivers license to be able to drive a truck and trailer.
Willing to learn and take direction
Experience is a required of job site prep.

What Makes This Different:
Small crew—you won’t get lost in a big company
Steady work and consistent hours
Opportunity to actually learn the trade.

Pay & Schedule:
Pay is negotiable depending on experience.
Full-time, Monday–Friday (weather permitting) occasional Saturday.

Apologizing now for the photo dump. Some say we've been busy... Well, I'd say we've been rockin' it. Here is what we've been up to this season so far! The season still isn't over and we have a lot more ahead of us.
From residential to commercial work, we are still booking for the rest of the season.
