Today we honor Juneteenth, a day commemorating June 19th, 1865, when more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation, enslaved Black Americans in Texas finally learned they were free. This day offers an opportunity for celebration and reflection, inviting us to honor our history, celebrate progress, and continue striving for justice and equity in our communities.

Our Washington office recently hosted its annual Danny Tyrrell Memorial Golf Tournament. This event is hosted each year to raise funds for charity and honor the life of past PRIME employee, Danny, who originally oversaw the annual golf tournament.

Wayne Tyrrell, Danny’s father recently shared, “Our family is immensely appreciative that PRIME keeps the memory of Danny alive. He would have loved to have participated in this year's event."

Together, we raised over $15,000 for the Seattle Children’s Hospital. Thank you to everyone who joined and made the day truly special as we came together to “tee it up for charity”.

This year's 3rd Annual Co****le Tournament brought together 59 teams, 230+ attendees, and 29 sponsors, all united by a shared commitment to supporting the fight against cancer.

PRIME’s Construction Management Challenge made its return!

Students collaborated and problem-solved through a real-world construction management scenario, developing estimates, building project proposals, and presenting their ideas. PRIME was incredibly impressed by the teamwork, and ex*****on each team brought to the challenge. Standout students were rewarded with a scholarship and an internship opportunity at PRIME.

We’re already looking forward to bringing this challenge back next year.
