Our teams accomplished a lot this summer, so it was great to take a moment to slow down, relax, and enjoy lunch around the picnic table together.

With more than 30 years of experience managing technically complex construction projects throughout the Pacific Northwest, Mark brings a wealth of field knowledge and leadership to our team. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for navigating project challenges, leading successful teams, and building trusted relationships with project partners.

From demolition to the final details.

This tenant improvement project for The Trade Desk was a complete transformation, turning a fully demolished interior into a thoughtfully finished workplace built for how teams work today.

The project includes everything from new partitions, interior glazing, and custom millwork to updated finishes, furniture, and building systems designed to meet current Washington State Energy Code requirements.

We’re proud of what our team and project partners accomplished together and excited to finally share the finished space!

Progress continues at Mt. Si Industrial. 🚧

The team recently completed another key milestone with concrete poured for the stormwater retention vault walls at Panattoni Development Company’s Mt. Si Industrial Center.

It’s hot out there, but it's perfect weather for pouring concrete and moving dirt on a big industrial site! We look forward to sharing more updates along the way.
