Construction continues to move forward with strong progress across multiple trades. Current highlights include:
🔨 In Progress
• Gypsum wallboard (GWB) installation throughout the space
⚙️ MEP Rough-In Status
• All VAVs successfully installed
• Electrical wall rough-in complete
• Overhead electrical rough-in ongoing
• Plumbing rough-in ongoing
• Fire sprinkler rough-in complete on Levels 1 and 2
🚪 Additional Site Activity
• Hollow metal doors currently being installed
• Low-voltage wiring being pulled
Great momentum as we continue advancing through this phase of the project. Looking forward to the next milestones ahead.

A Major Milestone at Project Eyrie!

Our team successfully set a 15,000-gallon liquid nitrogen gas tank at Project Eyrie with the help of a 500-ton crane and a 60-ton assist crane from . Careful planning and teamwork ensured the pick went smoothly and safely.
