We tore out old dated fireplace .Built new fireplace surround .Installed new efficient fireplace .Laid up some new stone work and added a new mantel .
We think it came out great .

A new foundation we just finished up

Got the chance to fix this100 plus old foundation in middle bass island it had tile block walls that was crumbling and some walls were bowing badly and did not have a proper footer
We supported old house tore out old deteriorating foundation .Repaired rortten sill plates and a rotten suppoet beam .dug down to proper depths poured new footers and relayed a new block foundation back up
