Water damage rehab.

This bathroom rehabilitation project was successfully completed following significant water damage that required full wall exposure and structural drying. Once all affected areas were properly mitigated, our team performed a full professional rebuild.
Scope of work included:
Installation of new insulation
Complete drywall replacement
Double-layer drywall system to meet required fire-rating standards for a multi-family complex
All work was carefully coordinated and completed in full compliance with current building codes and safety regulations. The project was inspected by the City of Bellingham (COB), and the final inspection was successfully passed.
The unit is now fully restored, up to code, and ready for new tenant occupancy.

After a few unexpected delays, we finally wrapped up this concrete patio pour — and it couldn’t have happened on a better sunny day! 🌞
While prepping the site, we uncovered some issues with the perimeter drain and discovered that a bit of foundation waterproofing needed attention before we could move forward. Not the kind of surprises anyone loves, but fixing things the right way always pays off in the long run.
And of course, with winter temps hanging around, we had to wait for the weather to cooperate. Concrete can’t be poured when temperatures are too low — the curing process slows down, the mix loses strength, and the integrity of the slab can be compromised. So we held off until we had the right window, and it worked out perfectly. 💪
Now the patio is looking solid, clean, and ready for the next step. All that’s left is forming the stairs… and then we’re officially done! 👏

Just wrapped up a great upgrade! We removed an old plexiglass window and replaced it with a brand-new Milgard window with a sleek black frame. The transformation is incredible—better durability, improved energy efficiency, and a clean, modern look that instantly elevates the space. Loving the sharp lines and boost in curb appeal!
