Its been a busy summer so far...this week were starting our KOI Pond rebuild..excited to jump into this project and give these beauties a fresh new home to live in for years to come💚

Theres 11 koi and the oldest is 25 years old. Sediment under the pond has eroded over time and pulled the liner down over time and has been patched up, but still hasnt allowed for a full fill to keep the waterfall operating.

Were transferring them to a temporary holding tank and setup and completely deconstructing, digging down deeper, and putting in brand new underlayment and liner and rebuilding as close as possible back to its original condition, which was originally built by our clients fiance who passed a few years back. Its a very sentimental project to her as well as the koi which are like her children 💚

We've been educating ourselves on this whole process the last month- two, ready to make it happen 😌

Before and After pics for our long time customers…
we finally added some mulch beds after years of discussion.

They have done lots of work to the property with land clearing for extra lawn space, bittersweet, vine, and brush removal around the property lines, tree removal, resetting their walkway, adding in natural stone staircase, a stone pad with natural stone retaining wall for additional parking, gutter work, maintenance, and more😅

Prioritizing home/outdoor projects isnt always pretty at first, but it’s important to consider what work should be done first, while making sure it’s also budget friendly to our clients. Sometimes it takes a few seasons to see everything finally tie in together and it eventually will. 😌

There’s always so many tasks on a homeowners list and the outdoor jobs usually take a back seat financially, understandably. We really pride ourselves on working with our clients, building long lasting relationships to make sure one day your list gets done. The reward of seeing our clients happy with pride in their home again is something we appreciate wholeheartedly and keeps us putting in the hard work🥰 on to the next task 😅

We were blessed to have our long time customers pass our name along to the new homeowners, whom called us to mulch the property and also retain some mulch beds back with natural stone border to help with their dogs spilling mulch out of the beds...very happy with how it turned out and so were they ☺️
