Description
HVAC service technician with 3 years experience. Tech must have knowledge in boilers, furnaces, air conditioning units, oil, controls, and heat pumps.
Hours & Working Conditions
• 40 hours per week
• Overtime/weekend work as required
• May work outside, in crawlspaces, and attics
• Some lifting and physical exertion required
Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform planned service on HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment
• Install parts in HVAC equipment
• Complete paperwork/computer work required by management and record hours and all materials used
• Other duties as needed
Job Requirements
• EPA certified preferred
• 3 or more years of experience as a HVAC/R service technician
• Ability to follow controls/wiring schematic
• Knowledge with standard technician tools
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Neat, clean, professional appearance
• NATE certification preferred

Immediate need for an HVAC and plumbing business Operations Coordinator to provide an array of support to executives.
Responsibilities:
• Managing daily calendar activities and scheduling
• Generate project proposals, schedules, and purchase orders
• Manage document flow and assisting with correspondences and other administrative projects as needed
• Managing day to day coordination of all office operations & procedures to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency
• Directly support executives in daily company activities
• Responsible for supporting operations to ensure timely response of our needs
• Demonstrate knowledge of company policy, organization and a high level of technical skill
The ideal candidate operates using judgment and initiative and is comfortable in moderately complex scenarios. This position requires a candidate who can work independently and exhibits a high level of professionalism on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:
• 3 – 5+ years of administrative office experience
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• General knowledge of construction preferred
• Ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Thorough understanding and experience using Excel, Word, G Suite, and QuickBooks
• Ability to learn HVAC and plumbing vernacular to complete tasks
• Must possess client facing skills and provide excellent customer service
