So we had a customer who had a block garage that was falling apart. So I put together a pole barn package and this is the result. A new building with windows and electric, lights, and a garage door to keep people out and the building secure. She didn't have that before. Not to mention we extended the Truss's and put in a covered patio area that she can get into the house with out ever getting rained on. And she has a place to hang a swing with just some lumber put in place while we were buildig the building. A new Conrete Floor. What a wonderful up grade. Some things just make life a little easier.

So We took an old block garage demolished it removed the footings backfilled and compacted the holes.
Built a new Pole Barn Garage and poured a new floor. Extended the roof line to make a covered patio area.
So walking from the Garage to the house you never get wet from Rain. Plus we put support in to hang a swing if desired.

Replacing some bad walls in Marion. All of the walls were coming in. We installed I-beams on the other walls to stop them from coming in farther.

The walls we replace were in close to 4". Someone installed a small 3" x 1 1/2" channel which did little or nothing.

We installed a new footer tile. There was no footer tile on n this house.

There was aready a basement dry system in place that never fixes the problem wall problems... Many times they don't even stop the water. But one the water is in the walls it starts the degradation of the masonry walls. They are simply not designed to take constant water exposure. The block simply just decays.
