At HighPoint, safety isn’t something we check off a list, it’s something we continually learn, practice, and reinforce.

📍 These photos feature our Traverse City team spending time refreshing important fall protection and harness safety practices, including proper fit, inspection, and use of equipment. Because no matter which HighPoint location or jobsite you’re working from, the goal is always the same: everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.

And the sign behind our team says it best:

Today is a little reminder to celebrate the kids who make us proud, keep us laughing, and give so many of us an even bigger reason for everything we do.

At HighPoint, People First goes beyond the people we work alongside every day — it includes the families waiting for us at home, too. They’re a big part of why working safely, supporting one another, and building a company we’re proud of matters so much.

⚡🎶 Helping power Unity — literally! 🎶⚡

We’re proud to be a sponsor of the Unity Christian Music Festival again this year, but we also get to play a pretty cool role behind the scenes!

Some of our Service Team has been out at Unity getting temporary power set up and ready to go for all of the different vendors helping make this weekend happen. 🔌⚡

There’s a whole lot that goes into an event like this before the music even starts, and we’re pretty proud to have our guys out there making it happen!

We love getting the opportunity to support an event that brings so much music, faith, family, and fun to our West Michigan community. ❤️

HighPoint is proud to support our local communities—and that includes investing in the next generation.

This year, we were honored to support seven local 4-H exhibitors by purchasing their livestock at the fair. Their hard work, dedication, and commitment are truly inspiring, and we're grateful to play a small part in encouraging their success.

As an added bonus, our purchases have filled two freezers with breakfast sausage, which our employees will get to enjoy!

Thank you to all of the 4-H participants for your hard work, and congratulations on another successful fair season!

📚✏️ Back-to-School Fun at HighPoint!

Last night we had an incredible time celebrating our HighPoint families at our annual Back-to-School Supply Party!

The kids got to build their own school supply kits, pack their new HighPoint backpacks, and show off their creativity in our Decorate Your Own Hard Hat Contest. From colorful designs to hard hats that reflected their unique personalities, we were so impressed by every entry!

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the evening so much fun. Seeing our employees and their families together is one of the many reasons we're proud to be an employee-owned company.

We wish all of our students an amazing, safe, and successful school year. We can't wait to see all the great things you'll accomplish!
