While repairing and painting the exterior trim of this home, our client had us restain their exotic wood decking, repaint the columns and deck facia. It had been at least 5 years but after researching the oil required for this type of wood (ipe oil. Not your typical transparent stain) it brought back the natural wood tones.

Upgrading the type of trim paint used on the columns increased the longevity by 5+ years.

It was time to freshen up the exterior windows & doors of our clients home. They wanted to stick with the same color but we upgraded the product from what the previous painter had used to Sherwin Williams paint with UV protectant to maximize the life of the paint job. Product & prep is key. The previous paint was cracking, bubbling & had separated.
