One of our first projects at Finial Construction was at the North Carolina Air National Guard. It represents a milestone we're still proud to look back on today and serves as a reminder of where we started, how far we've come, and the trust placed in our team along the way.

Progress is moving right along at Lowrey Oaks in Lowell, NC. 🏡

We're currently wrapping up Phase 1 of this 18-home community, with the first six homes well underway. Interior finishes and siding are in progress, and over the next few weeks, we'll be shifting our focus to the curb and gutter installation as the neighborhood continues to take shape.

Projects like this are built through strong partnerships, and we're grateful to be working alongside Dunzo Roofing and 84 Lumber to bring this community to life.

This stage of construction is called the rough-in — where plumbing, HVAC (mechanical), electrical, and other critical systems are installed for inspection before the walls are closed. It’s one of the most important phases of the building process and one most homeowners never get to see.

& the details you don’t see are often the ones that matter most.
