We were honored to be able to do this parking lot project at the American legion in Sebring.

We excavated out the old concrete from a former building and brought back in quality base material and finished off the top with 617 limestone, also we added drainage and catch basins to help with surface water drainage.

Schaffhauser concrete design poured the parking stop curb and light post columns.

We had to reshape a previously dug pond earlier this year and with the wonderful weather we have had lately we got the final grading done around it and added a culvert trough the creek to make it more accessible for the home owners.

Today we hauled in 304 limestone as a base in an existing pole barn and topped with 617 limestone, using our new laser grading system on our T870 Bobcat made this job more time and cost efficient.
