Through trusted partnerships, thoughtful execution, and a commitment to delivering the promise, we create spaces that drive business forward, strengthen communities, and leave a lasting mark well beyond the build. (CCI) is a leading general contracting firm focused on a special goal: to make every project we undertake an example of inspired design realized by purposeful construction that reflects a sensibility to our clients’ visions. With decades of experience in a broad range of projects, our talented workforce has honed their skills to an exceptional level. Their work is not only infused with a personal commitment to our core values but a 21st-century awareness of environmental needs as well. Over the course of four+ decades, CCI has completed thousands of construction projects locally and across the nation — from designing industrial sites and building new community assets to preserving cherished landmarks and renovating historic commercial buildings. Thus, whatever the project, our diversity of services, products, and practices across a broad range of industries allow us to ensure every client a successful outcome. In 2022 CCI expanded our capabilities to include the design, development, and building of custom homes by making Lowell Custom Homes (LCH) part of our company. Over the last 40 years LCH has created some of the most beautiful and unique residential properties in the Midwest. Their commitment to innovative design, superior materials and attention to detail is a perfect compliment to CCI’s own tradition of quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
