Bell Contractors, Inc. is seeking bids and proposals from qualified Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) businesses for subcontractors and service providers for the construction of the following project:
Kenney Fort Blvd 24-Inch Reuse Water Line
Bids and proposals shall be sent to Bell Contractors, Inc., 3082 U.S. Highway 190, Belton, TX 76513.
The project consists of the installation of about 11,000 LF of 24-inch reuse line, jacking/boring steel encasement pipe, tree removal, and installing drain valves and ARVs for the City of Round Rock, Texas.
This contract shall adhere to the procurement standards of the City’s Grant Agreement with the Bureau of Reclamation (BoR).
This contract is subject to the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Disadvantages Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, which includes EPA-approved fair share goals toward procurement of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise (M/WQBE) businesses. EPA rules require that applicants and prime contractors make a good faith effort to award a fair share of contracts, subcontracts, and procurements to M/WBEs.

Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements apply to the construction, alteration or repair work on a project assisted in whole or in part by funding made available under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (P.L. 117-58) shall be paid wages at rates no less than those prevailing on similar projects in the locality as determined by the Secretary of Labor in accordance with 40 U.S.C IV., Chapter 31 (also known as the Davis-Bacon Act.)
