While I understand everyone’s wages have not gone up sadly prices for services we provide have to fuel has gone through the roof and still rising ( almost $200 to fill a truck last week) parts prices this month have gone up 6+ percent with another 10 percent projected before the end of the month . We are currently working on figuring this out so our prices are fair for Bolth our coustomers and us. My sigustion is call early for snow removal if you are not on an automatic trigger or are an occasional customer cuz a call out to come back into an area 10 to 20 miles away will have to be extremely expensive to cover costs if we are already in the area or going to the area it will be significantly cheaper. Hoping our great coustomers understand. We have never been the cheapest or the most expensive and never will be. But the service we provide is second to none!! And we strive every day to do better.
