Some of you have seen that I have the building on the market, but we are NOT closing. We are still going strong!

This is a huge building for me to take care of, with the amount of hours I work. And, my dog can no longer go up the stairs. So, it feels like time to build another one that’s a little smaller (nearby). And, I do love to design and build things!

We will let everyone know when the changes start happening 😊

We designed this custom lake house with a rounded turret that highlights the dining area, featuring curved beams wrapped in black walnut on the ceiling. The round windows and this unique detail bring a touch of nautical charm to the space. ⚓️

This beautiful contemporary home was constructed in Olean by Troutman and Troutman Contractors. Each window perfectly frames the surrounding landscape, creating a view that feels like a painting. We thoroughly enjoyed designing this custom home!
