Door Controls USA is excited to announce that Sean Clark has joined the company as Director of Sales.

Clark has more than 20 years of experience in the door hardware industry, with a strong background in sales leadership, customer relationships, and wholesale channel development. Most recently, he served as Sales Manager for Southern California at ASSA ABLOY, where he was responsible for driving growth and supporting customers throughout the region.

Prior to that, Clark led the wholesale business for the western United States at Dormakaba and spent several years with Stanley Black & Decker.

"Sean brings deep industry expertise and a genuine commitment to partnerships that create long-term value," said Jacques Vaarre, VP of Commercial Operations at Door Controls USA. "He knows our business goes beyond supplying parts - it's about supporting customers through technical expertise, responsive service, and industry-leading training. Sean is a tremendous addition, and we're excited about the impact he'll have."

Door Controls USA is excited to announce that Jacques “Jay” Vaarre has joined the company as Vice President of Commercial Operations, overseeing our Sales, Marketing, and Estimating teams.

Jay brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the automatic door, access control, industrial door, and safety systems industries, most recently serving as Managing Director, North America for BBC Bircher Smart Access.

His extensive industry expertise, customer-first mindset, and passion for advancing the industry make him a strong addition to the DCU team as we continue investing in growth and service excellence across North America.
