3 inches of rain last night on our property in Ben Wheeler. Answered prayers. The ponds are filling back up.

Just checked the weather forecast for September! Rejoicing that it shows 11 days of rain throughout this month!!! Yeehaw!
I pray it will fill up the ponds and water the crops!!! Much needed after a brutal summer of high temps and drought in East, Texas!

Staying healthy with fresh garden produce. Lentils, parsley, English cucumbers, purple onion, red bell peppers, chopped dates and a homemade lemon vinaigrette. Perfect dinner for 100 degree day!
