A City of Redmond water-flow alert helped uncover a serious irrigation leak: and our fast response helped protect the home.

The homeowner found her valve box full of water, with water physically flowing out. We responded as soon as possible and found that the irrigation connection where it tied into the home’s waterline had broken and needed replacement.

Because there wasn’t enough time to complete the full repair that day, our immediate priority was restoring water service to the house and preparing the damaged connection for the repair scheduled the following day.
