Israel has been with the NQWR family for two years. He has a sweet little boy and has a strong faith. Israel works with the single ply crew and is a skilled technician. NWQR is lucky to have Israel as a part of our team and we appreciate all of his hard work and dedication!

November thankful and grateful Spotlight

Zack has been with the NQWR family since 2009. Zack is one of our skilled sheet metal foreman’s and comes in early each morning to bend metal to help prepare all the crews which includes flashings, custom drip edge and custom chimney caps and shrouds. Zack has also been cross training learning all types of roofing and estimating. In Zack’s off time he enjoys fly fishing, camping, shooting, dirt bike riding, traveling, off road racing in Baja and any where else it takes him. He is a car enthusiast and loves the right hand driver cars from Japan. NWQR is excited for Zack’s future and growth with the company. Thankful and grateful for Zack!

Cash has been with the NWQR family for 8 years! Cash works with all crews including the sheet metal teams, comp, single ply, gutter and the repair team. Cash loves getting belly rubs, special treats each day from Chablis in the office and greeting his team every morning as they arrive. Grateful and thankful for Cash as he brings a smile to each of us every day!
