If you want to be living in your custom home by spring of 2028, this is roughly when the first conversation happens.

Plan on 18 to 24 months from that first call to move-in day. The build phase runs 12 to 16 months once permits are pulled. Communities with design review, like Brasada Ranch, Caldera Springs, and Tree Farm, add two to four months on the front end for approvals.

That timeline is not a warning. It is the reason the finished home looks the way it does.
