Promised some additional shots from our remodel walk through yesterday. The main suite bath was totally redone--new, beautiful steam shower, main bedroom (actually this space was added in an earlier remodel for another client) and then an amazing laundry room. This is the room that you enter coming from the garage. Lots of storage, 'lockers' for the kids and just a beautiful space.

Today was another walk through, in this case a large-scale remodel. I'll just share a few images as the home overall is well above 7,000 sf. My wife and I were first struck by the front door--really cool and contemporary as is the entry. The kitchen is amazing as is the beverage station just off the kitchen and great room. I'll share additional images over the next few day.
Enjoy the day but stay cool!!

Wanted to share the latest on our home in Ranch at the Canyons. Getting close, perhaps 2 more months before our clients move in.
Our second home on the Ranch has foundation and stem walls up so moving along.

Morning--Just some beautiful photos to start your week. We designed and built a home 10 years ago very near Smith Rock Park. Our owners planned to create a lavender field as you arrived
at their home. Hadn't been here for many years but they recently called for some patio additions. In any case wanted you to see what I saw--just beautiful with Smith Rock Park as a backdrop.

A few more renderings of the home we are just starting. Going to be very interesting creating an exterior that holds to the Ranch Tuscan style yet an interior that will move decidedly to Asian inspired elements. Below you will see a rendering of the home's 'wash*tsu' room with shogi screens to separate it from the surrounding spaces.

Since I shared the first day of construction thought you might enjoy seeing what is coming. A single story, Tuscan inspired home with amazing views of Smith Rock Park and overlooking Ranch at the Canyon farmland. Really something to see. I'll share updates and we encourage you to put July 2027 on your calendar to join us for the Tour of Homes to visit this home to be.

Just about to have our clients move into their new home. Just beautiful! I wonder where would you cook, in the kitchen that features an arched ceiling with clear story windows or perhaps just out the 18' stacking doors on the patio facing an amazing Cascade Range view. Hard to choose for sure.

Just an update on our home currently underway in Ranch at the Canyons. Color coat is going up on the stucco walls-you can see a bit just to the left of the entry. Lots going on inside--setting cabinets, setting tile. The Ranch is a very special place for this beautiful Tuscan home.
