Before this house could go up, we had to go way down.

Our newer project, Remarkable Dr, has been all about the groundwork lately. Rock, concrete, waterproofing, plumbing and a seriously overbuilt foundation designed to keep everything exactly where it belongs.

A lot of work for the part of the house youā€™ll eventually never see.
