Between the rock, the slope, and the layout of the land, getting the septic system in place is taking more than a clean dig and a simple trench.

Long sightlines, fewer visual breaks, better natural light, full height cabinetry, and taller ceilings can all change the way a room feels without changing the actual footprint.

The goal is not just to make a home bigger. It is to make it feel more open, more balanced, and more intentional.
