Our residential remodeling projects include whole house restorations, kitchen & bath remodels, decks, additions & other custom woodworking. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem and we can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs. Clean, simple, & elagant hall bath remodel recently completed. A lot of work involved to do a curbless shower on a modern slab. It’s very important to pay for a digital concrete scan to not cut any of the post tension cables. The hand painted tiles on the floor and the James Martin vanity are a nice touch!

I never did get any good photos of our ADU that we completed last month, but we did get some photos and vids sent over from a very grateful client. Having everything moved in is not typical for a social post, but I like how it shows how livable you can make a 400 sq.’ dwelling be when it’s designed correctly. Thank you yo the whole team that helped make this happen!

Established Benicia based General Contractor looking for Journeyman Carpenter for consistent, long term work throughout Benicia and Vallejo area. Projects focused on high-end residential remodel, (additions, kitchens & baths, and decks).
JOB DUTIES:
- Demo
- Rough framing including takeoff and layout
- Door, Window and Cabinet installation
- Finish carpentry: interior and exterior trim/mouldings, siding,
- Some light electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Drywall patching and installation
- Waterproofing/flashing
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- Minimum 6 years of experience in residential new construction/remodel
- Own basic hand and power tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to read blueprints/architectural drawings
- Ability to communicate with clients and subcontractors
- Successfully complete tasks within a timely manner
- Keep a clean and orderly workplace
- Ability to be self-sufficient and driven team player
JOB DETAILS
- Rate : $39 to $45 p/h paid weekly *DOE
- M-F from 7:30 - 4:00
- long term and full time position
