TA super complicated job. You have the right tools number one a good mortar bag number 2 a good solid? Crushed Stone Bates, they lay very easy. I will post many more

I mainly see these and older houses they mainly catching hold water snow and other debris if window and surrounding areas is sealed up tight less than 200 bucks to remove

This support had the most amount of weight I have ever seen on one single beam where it cracked it down the middle indented the beam in the concrete floor I have just been almost 7 hours to Jack floor just enough to put support back on pillars but the weight of this house cracked it down the middle let that sink in in this post is a six by six!!!!!!!!

This is a job I gave an estimate on today take the top three layers replace them with the flu as well as fascia coat 7500 the amount of work it takes to do this correctly also this chimney is over 40 ft tall I do not know if I will accept this job but this is why it's very very important to do proper maintenance this homeowner didn't let this decay and would a fascia coated it $7,500 bill would be 2200
