Project Highlight | Rescue Spa, Philadelphia

Our team was proud to contribute to the build-out of Rescue Spa, a luxury day spa in Philadelphia.

This project called for precision carpentry, close coordination, and clean ex*****on. From custom details to tight tolerances, every element was built to support the calm, elevated experience guests feel as they move through the space.

Framing the future—literally 🏗️

This project is a true blend of old + new. We’re renovating an existing structure with concrete and steel joists while simultaneously building a ground-up wood-framed addition—bringing both together to create new residential apartments under one vision.

From precision wood framing to the start of window and door openings, this phase sets the foundation for everything that follows. There’s nothing more exciting than watching a building take shape from the inside out.

Proud to collaborate with Domus Construction, the General Contractor on this project, to bring this transformation to life. Quality framing is where strong buildings—and strong partnerships—begin.

We’re so proud to share that our founder, Fred Hagen, was featured on 6abc Action News for his work on the documentary "The Sky Was on Fire" and his continued efforts supporting Ukrainian forces.

This new renovation required detailed planning and care — working within an active retirement community meant strict safety and health measures to protect current residents throughout the process.

13 newly renovated suites, complete with all-new drywall, doors, and bathrooms — every detail built with precision.
