We just wrapped up a remodel for a long-time client and their tenant, ShadowTech Labs.

This project was all about creating a more functional and polished workspace to support their growing operations.

Scope of work included:
• New flooring throughout the office for a clean, updated look
• Expanded equipment assembly area with matching anti-static flooring
• Fresh paint throughout the entire space
• New glass entry and conference room with card reader security access control
• Full relamp of the lighting for a brighter, more consistent environment

Titan Contracting is proud to share our latest retail transformation in St. Charles!

We’ve had the privilege of turning a former Biggby Coffee into the new Chipko Market , a zero-waste inspired grocery experience focused on eco-friendly living.

The build-out involved a complete interior renovation designed to support Chipko’s mission of sustainable shopping. To create a space that feels as natural as the products on the shelves, we installed new flooring throughout for a clean, modern finish and added a forest-themed feature wall that brings the outdoors inside.

Chipko Market is a sanctuary for conscious living, offering everything from bulk pantry staples to natural beauty items and eco-friendly cleaners. Their innovative “bring your own jar” model is a game-changer for reducing waste in our community, and we are honored to have helped bring this vision to life.

Avocado Theory is Open!
Our company Titan Contracting Company just completed the new Avocado Theory restaurant in downtown Naperville. Congratulations to Kru Patel and his staff. Titan would like to thank Kru, Jonathan and Ashlee for their confidence and the opportunity to work with them on this project.

Once again Titan Contracting performs various projects for our clients at Watersaver Faucet Co. and Guardian Equipment during their holiday shutdown. It was critical the work be completed over the shutdown, so their production was not interrupted. Titan would like to thank our partners on this project Brandonisio & Company and Artlow Systems for their diligence and hard work to make this successful.
The work consisted of a concrete floor slab repair inside their factory at a key location to access the shipping and receiving area. Once completed we were tasked with removing 5,500 square feet of gray epoxy walkway and installing a fresh coat of clear epoxy to match the production floor. This work was phased so the main aisle would be completed during the shutdown and the adjacent aisle during the following weekends.
Along with the factory work we were able to provide a fresh coat of paint to the offices on their 2nd and 3rd floor.
We also got a break in the weather to complete some sidewalk repairs at Guardian Equipment.
It was a very productive holiday season! I would like to thank the staff at Watersaver and Guardian Equipment for their continued confidence and trust.

Uptown Eatery is open!

The food is fantastic! We had an opportunity to dine there on their opening night, Congratulations!!

Our project consisted of the demolition of the old Pizza restaurant. We renovated the existing structure to meet current codes and worked with the city of Elmhurst to address issues as they came up. Elmhurst had a dual role in the project as they became the landlord as the project progressed. The kitchen is brand new, from the epoxy floor to ceiling with a new kitchen hood and make up air system, everything was replaced. Titan worked together with Uptown's chef Brian Key to expand and maximize the kitchen space. Cathy and Denise from Uptown Eatery worked on the idea's for the Bar and Dining Area and with a team effort of family, friends, spouses, and support from Titan put their spin on the finishes and got the project completed.

We are at a building on Anthony Trail owned by our old friends at NPL now NAI Hiffman doing a tenant prep job getting the space ready for market.

Bryan Crook of Titan Contracting Company is pleased to announce that Titan has been selected to construct Architectural Grilles & Sunshades new corporate headquarters in Frankfort, IL. The 50,000 square foot project will be the home to AGS’s manufacturing and production. 5,000 sf will be dedicated to their corporate offices. John Trainor of AGS is excited to see the project move forward. The new building will get his operation all under one roof.

Titan is breaking ground immediately in an effort to beat the winter weather ahead. We are very pleased to have opportunity and the trust that John placed in us to get the project completed. Since coming on board Titan has presented and implemented many cost saving items while navigating the building permit process. There are soils issues that present some challenges that might require remediation so a foundation design change was implemented to minimize cost and save critical time. The building is Pre-Engineered structure with a standing seam roof and a composite of metal and brick siding. The site will accommodate a 55 car parking lot, two drive-in doors, a two position loading dock, and an exterior loading platform. The building is designed with expansion capability of up to approximately 20,000sf.
