Joe with Alpha Electric was great to work with and took excellent care of our house in Benson. He installed a new 200-amp breaker panel and added a bathroom exhaust fan where there previously wasn’t one. From the beginning, he was honest, professional, fair with pricing, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.One thing that really stood out to us was his integrity. Several electrical items had been flagged by maintenance inspectors as defective or not working, but instead of trying to upsell unnecessary repairs, Joe took the time to properly evaluate everything and informed us that several of those items were actually in good working order. That level of honesty is hard to find these days.We also had a bathroom drywall repair project that initially appeared to be much more extensive. Once Joe and his crew got into the work, he was upfront that less repair was actually needed and reduced his original quoted price accordingly rather than charging us for work that wasn’t necessary.Since we live out of state and were coordinating everything from halfway across the country, Joe made the process much less stressful. He consistently kept us updated with pictures, detailed explanations, and great communication, which really helped put us at ease while work was being completed on our older home.Overall, Joe and Alpha Electric have been trustworthy, communicative, and great to work with. We plan on continuing to use him for many more projects around our home,
