Had a great successful job just a couple houses down from my house. Located the septic exposed it we were able to identify a major root problem coming from trees on lot next door. We successfully treated with double formula commercial grade rootx. Plus since the tree removal people wanted a lot of money to take out couple dead mesquite trees went ahead and removed the problem trees and cut off and dug out roots raising tank

Glad this customer went with my recommendation of the bullhorn cleanout aka a piece of crap 2 way cleanout. The rootx 2 part chemical mix treatment will keep those pesky roots out for at least a year. But in case of emergency easy access to get equipment in.

Something I noticed recently. 90% Of water heaters sold here in Arizona come with magnesium anode rods Midwest most come with aluminum rods. Well seeing a lot of bad heaters lately less than 5 years old. So i cut 3 of them open to get a good look. Lime and calcium was overpowering. So thru research by calling Bradford white, rheem, AO Smith and reliance found out magnesium is best for soft water and aluminum is best with hardware like Arizona. When I asked why the stocked 90% magnesium here 90% aluminum Midwest and east. They said supply and demand. So folks you may want to think about replacing your magnesium with aluminum if you want to extend the life of your heater
