In case you didnt know, this beauty right here is Amber! She is the owner and boss babe of Serenity Vapes and also Charleigh & Co. Boutique!!

We all picked names out of a hat where each of us girls are tasked with describing the person whose name you drew. I was the lucky one that pulled Amber's name.

Describing her is easy. The first word that pops in my mind is inspirational. She puts her whole heart into everything she does. Her hard work and dedication to her businesses is top notch. That same heart, drive, and ambition is seen in her friendships, her family, and her employees.

She's kind, she's fair, she's funny, she's thoughtful. Literally couldn't ask for a better boss. She inspires me every day to do my best and always keep pushing! 💪🏻

Another thing that is so inspiring is her FAITH. Shes helped bring me closer to God and that right there is something extremely special. 🙏

I love how we can talk forever about personal things and have a real friendship. Ive never had a boss that I considered a true friend and im so thankful for that. 🥰

If you havent met Amber yet, you're missing out. She truly is a special lady and I hope she knows how much all of us serenity girls love her!!

We’re not a big company. And honestly? That’s kind of the point. 👏🏻

We aren’t a chain. We aren’t a big box store. There’s no customer service department hiding behind a phone number. We’re just a small, family owned business that’s been lucky enough to call Saline County home for 12+ years.

Not every job comes with this much history. R&R Tree Service recently had the incredible opportunity to work at the Menard–Hodges Site near Tichnor, Arkansas, a federally protected Native American mound complex containing sacred burial areas connected to the ancestors of the Quapaw Nation.

The mounds had become heavily overgrown, with trees growing directly from them, so our crew was brought in to carefully clear the land while respecting and protecting everything beneath it.

Standing on land that holds centuries of history made this project unlike anything we’ve ever done. We’re incredibly proud to have played a small part in preserving such an important piece of Arkansas history.

It’s the BOSS’S birthday today! 🎉 And how is he celebrating? Doing computer work… because someone’s gotta do it. Help us wish the big guy, Ryan, a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
