This is Midtowne Church in Benton.

The bad news: Part of the roof blew off during the storm.

The good news: The section that blew off had been installed over the original roof, and the original roof underneath stayed intact. Despite how bad it looks, there were no leaks from this damage.

I’ve been in contact with the church leadership, and we’re putting together a plan to get the damaged area repaired.

If your home or business was affected by the storm, let me know. I can inspect the roof, determine IF there is storm damage, and help you make a plan based on what I actually find.

Not every roof needs an insurance claim. Not every roof needs to be replaced. The first step is simply finding out what you’re dealing with.

Friends, a quick heads-up after the severe weather we’ve had.

Over the next few days, there will be a lot of roofing companies coming into the area. Many will be knocking on doors offering free roof inspections and calling themselves “insurance claim specialists.”

Some may be good companies. Some may not be.

Before you sign anything or let someone you’ve never met handle an insurance claim on your home, call someone you know and trust.

Your roof is too important to trust to a stranger who just happened to knock on your door.

If you’re concerned about storm damage, I’m happy to take a look and give you an honest assessment. If your roof is fine, I’ll tell you that too.

Arkansas storms can build fast, and sometimes they leave behind damage you can’t see from the ground.

If you have any concerns about your roof after today’s storm, or know someone who does, reach out. I’ll be happy to inspect it and let you know if there’s any damage.

A small issue caught early is usually much easier and less expensive to fix than one that’s left alone.

We got a call around 1:00 this afternoon from a homeowner whose roof was damaged by a fallen tree. We coordinated with a tree company to remove it tomorrow morning, and as soon as it’s cleared, I’ll get the damaged area tarped before tomorrow evening’s rain moves in.
