Here's a quaint little laundry room we remodeled in Oil City. What you can't see is all the plumbing and subfloor repairs we had to do. This matches her little hallway bathroom we posted a few weeks ago.

One of our investor clients is flipping this house on Cross Lake. We are moving around some electric for a garage door. He also ran in to some termite damage and needed some lumber replaced before the garage door can be installed. A little Sunday morning project for a great client! I can't wait to see the beauty brought back to this old Louisiana Lake House

The "Other Guy's" repairs. 😳. What you can't see is the 2x4 he sistered between the dirt and the joist as reinforcement.
