Hey all my Sourdough baking friends,
I sacrificed one of my ciabatta loafs for an experiment with the ‘Bee’s Wrap’ bags sold at Treen.
I kept the bread in the bag for 7 days. The bread is still good! All it needed was a little sprinkle of water, wrap in foil, and warmed up in the oven. These bread bags are a definite Must have tool for home bakers, and they’re organically made in the USA.
