Now accepting new landscape projects!
This flowerbed looks so much better now, and it will be a breeze to maintain!

We didn’t just throw mulch over the top. The work preparing a bed is often the most vital to good long lasting landscaping.

Here’s the steps to do it the right way:
1. Remove old or rotting mulch and leaves, it’s better to take out the grass and w**ds to start with.
2. Level the soil and slope correctly, it doesn’t have to be totally smooth, just a good shape and nothing too uneven.
3. Install a high quality w**d barrier, it allows water to pass through and absorb into the ground, but prevents w**ds and grass from growing through.
4. Make sure you have a well defined edge, this has a black metal edging that gives it a very elegant look, and keeps the mulch in.
5. Spread a good amount of mulch over it, use a good quality mulch of a color that complements the house well.
6. Sit back and admire your front porch!

If you need someone to do this for you, send a message or give me a call.
If you want white landscape edging with Razorback red mulch, that can be arranged!

If you need your Crape Myrtles trimmed the correct way, send me a message!

Now is the last chance before spring time.

Scientifically called Lagerstroemia, Crape Myrtles should be trimmed once a year in late winter, and only trimmed like a tree. They are often just chopped down which isn’t good for the plant. Proper pruning is important for wonderful blooms during summer.
