🏁 START YOUR ENGINES, CLEVELAND!
We’re excited to see K1 Speed Cleveland officially open its doors in Avon, Ohio — and proud to serve as the architect for this exciting transformation.

Located at 1500 Nagel Road, the project transformed an existing manufacturing facility into an approximately 70,000-square-foot indoor entertainment destination, featuring a professionally designed 1,300-foot electric karting track, arcade, Paddock Lounge and spaces for parties and corporate events.

Projects like this are a great example of the possibilities that come with creatively adapting an existing building for an entirely new use — and it’s especially rewarding to see the finished space come to life and begin welcoming the community.

Congratulations to K1 Speed, Premier Development Partners, and the entire project team on the opening of K1 Speed Cleveland!
We’re proud to have played a part in bringing another exciting destination to Northeast Ohio.
