Flashings, the way it used to be done on expensive houses in the 30's thru the 60's. Copper mortared into a joint.I reached the copper with black aluminum, and that made it 2X harder. The copper flexes and can be formed, aluminum is ridged and non-flexible.

Back out doing work. I kinda had a few issues I had to take care of over the winter. But now I have the truck, tools, and people to get Anything and Everything done the way it always has been.

It is fall and crunch time. Get the work that needs to be done before the snow flies. Once it snows, everything takes more time, and then more cost.

Hello, the season is getting off to a fast start. We are looking for experienced residential roofers who can do a nice clean install. I will not allow sloppy work. Work has to be too notch. We also need someone who is experienced with heat applied modified. I have close to a month of work on the books.
MUST BE RELIABLE and Experienced. Work good with others, and able to keep up with the rest of the crew.
Pay will be based on knowledge, experience, and production. Above average pay with bonuses.
