Maintaining a clean site during a major renovation requires synchronized communication. Our office staff maps out the exact scope of protection long before the field team ever arrives. At the start of every project, the supervisor reviews the site protection plan so the crew knows exactly which rooms and fixtures are off-limits and need to be sealed. Welcome to the "ugly phase" of a whole-home renovation.

Demo day is loud, dusty, and absolutely necessary. Before we can build the beautiful custom cabinetry or lay the flawless hardwood floors, we have to clear the space. We spend months in Preconstruction planning exactly which walls are coming down and which structural headers are going up. Today is just the day we finally get to execute. We handle the unglamorous dirty work now so the final reveal is entirely worth it.
