To all of our customers....
Please, when you search the Internet aka Google make sure the # you are calling is actually for Door Boy. We have one main phone number 908.464.1440.
We DO NOT subcontract out our calls to anyone.
All of our technicians are in vehicles clearly lettered with Door Boy on them. Our technicians will always supply you with an invoice with our Door Boy logo in it.
This actually goes with any service company you call. A few things you need to look for to make sure your calling the correct #/company is
~ Did they answer "Hello Door Boy"?
~ Does the vehicle show company name
~ Does the vehicle / Inv show license #
~ Does the Inv have company logo on it
If you can't answer yes to these questions that's a big RED FLAG.
We hate to hear about stories where customers called a number from the Internet thinking they called Door Boy, to find out a scammer is just paying Google for clicks and scamming people with unsuccessful repairs.
