We're a family-owned painting contractor based in Berkeley, serving homeowners across the East Bay since 1999. Alan Joyce founded the company after more than a decade painting custom homes, and he still leads every job in person today.

Warranty:
5-year bumper-to-bumper warranty on complete exteriors. 3-year warranty on complete interiors. Anything that peels, fades, or bubbles within that window, we repair at no cost.
We aren't the cheapest painter in the East Bay, and we don't try to be. We're the one homeowners call when the paint has to last. That takes proper surface prep, quality craftsmanship, and a team that won't cut corners to shave a day off the schedule.
