Finished up this Hungarian hand painted bench for some really great customers. This bench was originally crafted in Hungary and brought back to America by the client’s mother and father in the early 1900’s ! Earlier this year she had asked me if there was a way to sand and refinish the bench since it was getting a fair share of wear… 80 hours later and this is the result. This project really was an enjoyable challenge that honed my brush skills and expanded my patience. I’d love to take on more projects like this one. Little bit’ o’ clean up for this Oakland deck. Pressure washed, srcubbed with deck cleaner and applied a wood brightener before finally sealing it with a nice new coat of Penofin Transparent clear.

The cedar trellis was also washed, sanded and sealed. Until next time ! 🚀

Interesting request first thing this morning…. Our customer’s cat Frankie 😼 got stuck up on a neighbors roof overnight ! Had to grab the ol’ 24ft’er and snag the lil’ guy. Now he’s back home safe, sound and snoozin’ after his big adventure 😹

Pizza toppings are fun, right ? The spicy little extras that really make the flavor pop 💥 We had a blast topping off ‘s new pizza joint with a slick deep blue/green ceiling. Benjamin Moore’s Narragansett Green to be exact. Once again it was a pleasure to work with respectful, like minded folk. We harnessed our inner Breaking Bad for this phase of the project. Set up a booth and went shootin’. These are the cabinet doors of IKEA cabinets that the customer wanted 2 custom shades of green. Literally had a blast getting these done. It’s amazing what you can do with a small space and intuitive planning. Cabinets are one of our favorite items to paint and these were no exception. We went with Benjamin Moore Advance Satin sheen on these. They always end up looking slick ✨
