People need regular physical check-ups, and power transmission lines need the same. The LiAir H600 Pro airborne LiDAR system, combined with the LiPowerline point cloud analysis software, can perform corridor inspections of river-crossing power lines and output 14 quantitative indicators.

The UAV completes the laser scanning field operation for the river-crossing corridor in a single flight. After acquiring full-coverage point cloud data, the data is imported into the LiPowerline platform for modeling and analysis, simultaneously outputting 14 quantitative indicators that cover core risk dimensions such as tower foundation stability, clearance distance, wind deflection trajectory, and tree-line conflicts.

10,000 m². 5 floors. 16 minutes.

How do you scan a massive multi-story parking garage in one continuous workflow?

In this real-world project from Thailand, was used to capture a 5-story, 10,000 m² parking garage in just 16 minutes.

Our customer simply walked through the site with the handheld scanner, while the mobile app displayed the point cloud, trajectory, and coverage in real time.

Back in the office, the data was processed in , generating a fully colorized 3D point cloud with clear visualization of parking spaces, cars, ramps, and building structures.

The workflow also generated a comprehensive accuracy report, with 100% of points falling within a 1 cm relative accuracy range.

The final point cloud was then brought into software to support:

The grassland ecosystem is fragile, yet thousands of miles of transmission lines stretch across it. Traditional patrol methods—with vehicles and crews following the lines—can easily damage the steppe, and no-fly zones often force operations to a halt. So what's the solution?

Recently, our inspection team deployed the GreenValley LiAir X4 Plus and put together a lightweight "air-ground collaborative" approach:

Fly Zones: Autonomous drone line-following, no personnel or vehicles enter the field
Set mission parameters from a safe perimeter zone, launch with one tap, and the drone automatically follows the transmission line. Upon reaching the endpoint, it seamlessly switches to the opposite ground wire and continues data collection. No entry into the grassland, no manual intervention throughout—protecting the ecological baseline while ensuring complete, continuous data across long-span lines.

No-Fly Zones: Handheld mode fills the gaps, switch in under a minute
Switch from airborne to handheld in seconds—no accessory changes needed, and the system auto-identifies the mode upon startup. Walk around the tower for data collection, with high-precision SLAM localization in real time. Tower bases, bodies, and occluded areas are all fully captured. Three panoramic cameras reveal even the smallest details—every screw and rust spot—leaving zero blind spots.

Data Fusion: Centimeter-level accuracy for digital twin modeling
Airborne and handheld datasets are seamlessly merged, with point cloud absolute accuracy better than 5 cm and thickness better than 2 cm. Combined with panoramic and aerial imagery, a 3DGS reality model is generated—tower foundation defects and structural details are clearly visible and measurable in 3D space.

Protecting the grassland while safeguarding the power supply that reaches thousands of homes. Turning complex field scenes into precise, analyzable digital assets is what smart inspection is truly about.
