We demo’ed 3 out of the 4 units in this building saving the end unit and the deck. Thanks to for helping us with the delivery of this rental excavator. They were on time with an easy, hassle free process. We also would like to thank for the delivery of the 8x20 road plates.

Starting this ADU in today!

With no where to stock pile material on site we had to haul everything out. When we come back to back fill we will strip the loamy material out of the middle and use it as back fill on the outside of the new foundation and use processed materials on the inside.

We had 11 days from approval of plans to closing on the sale of this house. While not an overly large project the tight work area and tighter street in near Priscilla beach made this a tough one. Thanks to the many subs from J&R Pre-Cast Inc for the septic tank, d box, and catch basins, Seekonk Supply for all the presby pipe and fittings,Baystate Sewage for pumping the old tanks, for moving some lines for us, and Puma Paving for putting the cherry on top. This was the ultimate game of unblock me.

Alot of work accomplished today. 100 yards of presby sand imported, liner installed, 360 ft of 12” advance presby system pipe installed and, 200’ of schedule 40 4” to make the manifolds and vent system. Time for an inspection. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Septic summer continues in we finished it off with some of these sweet looking redi rock walls.

We installed this massive septic system in this week with over 400 tons of perc sand and 100 tons of stone. We appreciate our crew for not complaining once about the heat and doing what needed to be done to deliver a clean, professional job.
