Infiltrators are in at our project in Shrewsbury.

We have connected all the gutters and downspouts to both sets of infiltrators throughout the property.

Tell me, do my builder friends have to also have to put these in? I feel like every project we have to installs these. I feel like all we are doing is dropping $$$$ into the ground for what purpose.

The soil material at this project is some of the best material that I have seen for drainage.

Well on our way at our project in Ashburnham. This cozy 1600 sq ft home sits on a massive 28 acre parcel that backs up to Rindge NH.

Plumbing is complete
HVAC will be completed by Friday
Electrical to start next week.
Siding to start next week
